About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support the Talent Acquisition Team in achieving Artisan's ambitious workforce growth goals. This role is critical in aiding hiring efforts with high-impact deliverables through sourcing, posting jobs, coordinating candidate screening, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Build job projects and source candidates to build a talent pipeline 
  • Create and nurture networks of interested candidates 
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the entirety of the recruitment process
  • Assign testing and evaluations to assess candidates' skills when applicable
  • Perform ATS maintenance and data management
  • Coordinate scheduling of screenings and interviews
 

About The Candidate

You are a recruiting professional, with at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and/or recruitment process outsourcing.  You recognize the impact of talent strategy on a company’s success (and its bottom line) and can balance the need to fill a role quickly with finding the right, core-valued align fit for a business.   You are committed to working cross-functionally with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and Human Resources to ensure a high-quality interview and hiring process.  You are a multi-tasker, and can deliver towards numerous established objectives within established timelines.  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment process outsourcing experience
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruiting/recruitment process outsourcing for a tech consulting firm is preferred
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter/Talent Hub
  • Knowledge of JazzHR
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills

As such, you may be required to travel quarterly, depending on the specific client responsibilities of your role. This position requires constant operation of a computer, various software programs and other electronic productivity tools. This position requires prolonged observation of a computer screen. Additionally, it requires regular participation in virtual meetings and trainings.
